Wow, know how you get a taste for something
and it just won't quit until you get it taken care of
well I've had a hankering for beef short ribs for a couple years now
well they had 'em on sale and they cut them and trimmed the fat
off of 30 lbs of 'em for me
well I brought 'em home
and I cooked up about 20 lbs of them....nice and slow
and just had a feast with rice and broccoli from our garden
and
gonna be eatin' 'em for a few more days too....
like maybe all week
should take care of that hankerin'
