They just did a piece on the Today Show about the Prius. Apparently
it is not easy to shift into neutral. And as far as turning the car
off you have to push a button and hold it down for a couple of
seconds before the engine shuts off.
I could picture myself trying to find the phantom key on the
column.
I test drove a Mitsubishi that was keyless. You carried the fob in
your pocket and there was some gizmo you attached where the key
went on the column.
I got back to the dealer and couldn't figure out how to shut it
off. I put the thing in park and told the saleman screw it you shut
it off.
